Trump began his day in San Antonio and capped it in late afternoon in this small city, where a union training center filled with energy executives and pipeline workers served as the backdrop to highlight his administration’s efforts to reduce delays in pipeline construction and roll back federal rules preventing liquefied natural gas shipments by rail. Trump told the cheering crowd of about 300 people, “The era of job-killing regulations is over.”
